The setting is called "Relative Entropy." It's about half done. For a preview, go to this thread. The stuff on my website is old material and very preliminary, and also sans artwork, but it could give you an idea of the world, if you want to check it out (the Old Jack's Guild of Rogues link down in the sig).

That looks very interesting. A very well thought out class, though I agree it could be given a bit more power to balance it with the other core classes from the PHB.

Is this going to be a print or PDF product, or...?

And finally, what's the setting about?
