Why no WotC M:tG and D&D crossover?

Ummm, when I made up my fake responses, they are clearly from seperate groups defined by their interests/opinions. If you wanted to fufill a fetish for adding up to 100% someplace in our fake poll, you would have to seperate the poll subjects into two categories:

1) Magic Players that possibly already play D&D:

Yes on D&D magic book interest: 20%
NO on D&D magic book interest: 60%

So we are at 80% of this group. The other 20% would be responding ( in my large imaginative poll) with a reply of "I don't know", but I did not want to take too many liberties with Halivar's poll questions in my earlier fake response.

=100%

2) D&D Players that do not play Magic:

Yes on D&D magic book interest: 40%
NO on D&D magic book interest: 40%

So we are at 80% of this group. 20% = "I don't know"

=100%


But obviously, my real point was that I believe that more people would be interested in a Magic themed monster book than were interested in a book like Ghostwalk, which has been met with lukewarm reception ( based on the general subject matter - not the execution and content)
