Unlike you, I have had a few issues with RPGnow.com. And it's under these circumstances that you see the real worth of a business relationship.

I do agree completely, just never have had any problems. As my father said... Anyone can smile on a good day but can you smile on a bad one.

Meaning..(hehe, took a few years to learn this). How someone deals with success is great but the real winner will be someone who can deal with failure even better.

My only purchase from RPGNow was the epublishing book, and all went well.

I did have one question about the product I could not figure out, and emailed
RPGNow about what I did not understand, but I think I've lost track of the
