Huh. I always thought it was "getting served" that caused the violence.

Damn those kids and their dance offs! We need to do something about competitve dancing. I blame Bollywood and their "item" girls.

And we should hold resturants accountable for when we spill our own steaming hot beverage in our lap! Oh, wait...

And we should hold teachers responsible for lowering our children's self-esteem when they reveal their ignorance by teaching them something!

And we should hold that guy over there responsible for something we did!

Welcome to the victim culture. It'll be here all the week. :/

While I certainly don't think a video game makes people kill, there is little doubt that such things have influence over behavior. It still ultimately comes down to upbringing and personal character. A kid who is already on the edge might be pushed over it by any number of factors.

Oh, and the bill is stupid.

"If you sit up and watch this and play these games over and over again... it seems that this is alright to walk up and hit a police officer over the head with a bat," Hanson said.
Says the man whose profession is enforcing the law rather than evaluating the mental processes of other human beings. :\

Asshat.

I wasn't going to say anything and be satisfied with reporting to the monitors, but this is really bothering me.

I find that picture very offensive, reveal. It implies non-whites have no sense of personal responsibility.

Oh you have got to be kidding me.

Fine I'll take it down. Apparently you can't take a joke and read into things something which isn't there.

Edit: Just to put this out there: The picture is so farcical it's not to be taken seriously. Who, in this day and age, actually says the phrase "Blame Whitey?" No one. Because it's a stupid, idiotic term which has no merit. Oh, I'm sorry. There is one person I can think of who said it: Homey the Clown from In Living Color. Damon Wayans in a black man. He said that Whitey was trying to keep him down. Is ok for him to say it? How do you know I'm not black? Perhaps I am and I think this is a very satirical comment on society in general.
