WHY DID THE INVENT PSIONS. IM DM FOR A OUPLE OF MY FRIENDS AND ONE OF THEM WANTED TO BE A PSIONIC WARRIOR. NOW HE IS LEVEL 10. AND HE KILLS EVERTHING HIMSELF. AND EVEN WHEN I TRY TO KILL HIM OFF HE GETS OUT OF IT SOMEHOW. I WANT TO KILL HIM OFF BUT I DONT WANT TO METTA GAME. WHAT THE HELL CAN KILL HIM. THAT ISNT METTA GAMING.

THE PLOT RIGHT NOW IS HE MADE FRIENDS WITH A SMALL GNOMIH MAN NAMED BUGGLE BUK, AND HE EVENTUALLY AFTER FIGHTING BATTLE AFTR BATLE FINDS OUT BUGGLE BUCK IS A NECRO. THATS WERE IT LEFT OFF.

Does he seem to never run out of psionic points? If so, you may be letting him rest too long between encounters or not giving him enough encounters where he will have to expend and eventually use up his psionic points.

Psions can be cool, and PsiWarriors are very powerful at high level -- but so are Wizards.

I MEAN I DONT REALLY KNOW WHAT LEVEL RANGER OR FIGHTER I WOULD HAVE TO BRING IN THAT WOULD BE EQUAL WITH A PSION, ECSPECIALLY SINCE HE HAS VAMP CLAWS

If you don't like psionics, you shouldn't allow them in your campaign. Now, it seems, you're stuck. It is unethical to deliberately attempt to kill off a particular character, but if you wanted to, all you have to do is analyze his typical strategies. What would the party do if an evil psionic warrior showed up using these tactics against them? They would find a way to survive, surely. Just use PC-nasty tactics against him.

No character is invulnerable. Figure out how to deprive him of his strengths and emphasize his weaknesses.
