One of the hard drives where mySQL lives got filled with server logs, and subsequently went down like a sack of lead pikachus. Thomas tracked down the problem, tracked down the right password, and got us up and running.

The time on the server is off by a couple of days which is causing some very strange behavior with posts. For example I responded to one of your posts in the "Where's Piratecat" thread and it placed it in the middle of the thread because the server seems to think it's the 19th.

I can't post at all either, well If this goes through its the first out of 15. keep getting a mods have set users to no more then post in 60 seconds, despite waiting 5 minutes between posts.

Thomas did a fantastic job! He's been plugging away at it all day! And, though PC is being too modest here, he has also been very helpful, talking to Cyberstreet and helping to obtain information we needed.

I, on the other hand, was useless and just spent the day exchanging emails with Thomas and PC like a lemon. Although I did manage to guess the server password eventually (after some clues!) "D

Well, it appears that I now can post. And that that particular problem has gone away.

Now all we have to do is get past the point at which the clocks were set back, and we shouldn't have any more messed-up threads with the posts coming in the wrong order (such as this one)...
