Wield weapon as a light weapon

The Sun Sword certainly gives this ability... you might want to start there.

Anyone done a break down on how that item was priced?

well theres an enchanctment bonus called "Feathered" That makes the weapon decrease by 1 category, except in size and in damamge.. (so it has less hitpoints and such) its a + 1 Enchantment bonus
 

Sunblade:

Mostly straightforward stuff:
+2 weapon: 8,000
Daylight 1/day: 5,400 [(5x3x1,800)/5]. You might give a discount on this because of the activation method.

That leaves 36,600 for the funky stuff. +4 vs. evil isn't worth as much as a +1 enhancement, IMO; however, that double damage vs. undead and negative energy creatures is very nice. Honestly, I'm not sure how to price that.
 

+1 definatly.

I would word it like this:

Weapon counts as one size smaller.
so a two handed weapon counts as a one handed weapon and a one handed a light etc.

50,000 gp is the cost of a +5 weapon, so I think the special abilities of the sunblade need to be broken into abilities valued at a total of a +3 effective bonus.

So...+2 for enhancement, the +4 vs evil/2x damage is worth at least +2, so the daylight, lightness, and no-feat-required would be +1. That seems kinda cheap to me. Ah well, it probably won't come up in any of my games.
 

I think +1 is a bit too good. A shortsword that looks and deals damage like a longsword is, more or less, a shortsword that deals another point of damage, on average, and +1 average damage is too weak for a +1 enhancement.

I'd price it at a flat increase, probably somewhere like +4000 gp.
