Wild Shape/Polymorph and Swarm

Perun--what if she had an already-active spell on herself, such as GMF, before turning to a swarm?

Don't know is this is supported by the rules in any way, but I'd say one creature in the swarm retains such spells and effects, making them, for all intents and purposes, irrelevant.

It's similar to how the psionic power fission functions - spells and effects affecting the character don't transfer to the "duplicates" (that's how I imagine the feat to work - one creature in the swarm is the "real" druid, the others are "duplicates", "copies" (I'm using quotations because, IMO, the other creatures are not photocopies (or clones, if you will) of the druid's wildshape form, that is, not all rats in the swarm are, for example, dark grey with a white spot over the left eye)).

Regards.

What if the Druid had a class or feat ability that said her natural weapons were counted as Magic and Good for the purposes of bypassing DR? Does the swarm keep that one?

At first, I was going to say no, but then, thinking about it some more, I changed my mind. So, I'd say that, unless the effect depends on the druids form (such as affecting humanoids, or requiring hands to use, and so on), I'd say yes, such a feat or class ability would be usable in swarm form (because the swarm-shaped could use most other feats or class abilities, such as Dodge, Great Fortitude, or Resist Nature's Lure).

Regards.
