Wild Shape/Polymorph?

When using an (Ex) special attack in an assumed form do you use the save DC listed in the creature's section, or do you recalc it based on your hit dice?

And in the rare case (if ever) that the DC is based off of Int, Wis, or Cha of the assumed form which stat do you use, yours or the creatures original Int, Wis, or Cha?

You use your own hit dice to calculate the effectiveness of the special ability. And your own Int, Wis, or Cha, as the case may be.
