Yeah, that's the way I say it too - will-dren. (Not that it has come up in any of our games yet, but in time it will.)


(Though in our home games we might use a swedicized version, vilding, which is an existing swedish word meaning wild one.)

Wotc could use the "they call themselves 'the people', orcs call them Ghillie Dhu, elves know them as sylvan", etc.

When all was said and done we ended up renaming them the Quith (after the al'Quith, a holy tree in my last campaign.) Not perfect, but better than wilden for us.
