I own the 3.5 books Player's Guide to the Wilderlands and the City State of the Invincible Overlord. I do not own the box set, but IT WILL BE MINE! I have not had a chance to run it, yet. Most likely I will find a place for it my Norse campaign world.

You won't be disappointed! And I'm sure you can find a place for it. Just stick your Norse campaign world north of the map and you're all set.

I own the 3.5 boxed set. I love it. I might consider running a future campaign there, but for now I steal ideas from it. I love the fact that I can open to random page and find a cool wilderness encounter. I might get the City State of the Invinicible Overlord.

It think it'd be cool to somehow combine stuff from Rappan Athuk/Bard's Gate/Tomb of Abysthor with the Wilderlands. It all has that "1st Edition Feel" after all. :D

You might say I'm heavily invested in the Wilderlands... :D

I've been playing in the Wilderlands since 1982, running in it since 1984. My current campaign, though (well, once we get back to it) is set in the Known Realms, though I use elements from the Wilderlands when I need to fill in villages, encounters, dungeons, etc.

It's one of the best things about the Wilderlands... nicely modular in construction and eminently adaptable to any campaign needs.
