Will Eberron be a fully supported setting?

Going what WotC said when the setting search was going on, I would say yes. They plan on having novels and supplements for this thing. If it bombs, then we may not see as much but considering the only other setting WotC actually produces is the Forgotten Realms they should have the manpower to do it. They are looking for another setting to sell and probably make miniature for so they'll probably really support it right out of the gate, just like they did with FR. They are already starting to hype it in Dragon Magazine.

Have y'all seen something I haven't? What have you seen or heard about it? Art? Where?
A recent Dragon Issue (311 I believe) had some sketches/concept art from Eberron and a few bits of info on what's in the setting. It's not much info though.

I reckon it heavily depends on how well it sells.
That's what I'd guess, too. I imagine it'll get a campaign setting hardcover and a rulebook or two, plus a novel or two to start with; if it really sells well, it'll turn into a secondary setting with d20 Modern/Star Wars-ish support levels (which is to say a few books a year).

Funny, I was wondering the same thing myself earlier today...

I came to the conclusion that it will receive a fair bit of support, based primarily on the fact that the setting will be so different from the normal D&D setting... This will probably create a need that can't be directly filled by other books on the market, WotC or otherwise...

Monster Books ( ALL NEW DINOSOURS! )

Equipment Guides ( +2 FLYING COW CATCHER! )

etc...

I'm guessing we will see at least 5 books total - those above, a "races of/players guide" type book, and a "magic of" book.

The REAL question as I see it is : Will they break rule #1, and publish an adventure series/book for the setting? You would think they would need to do at least one to truly give players a feel for the setting as WotC has imagined it...
