Salvatore will. There was an ad for GenCon in Dragon that stated that Salvatore would be there.
Not sure about the others though....

To my knowledge Ed Greenwood will be attending. I thought I saw his name mentioned on some of the FR stuff that will be taking place.

Additionally, Elaine Cunningham has a book signing there. Details can be found at her website:

Additionally, other authors from FR will be there. If I recall, somewhere on the FR messageboard, there was a central listing done by Thomas Reid on who was appearing and when.
