I would like to note that I still have not heard from a WotC representative regarding these well-founded concerns. I think it is irresponsible of them not to accompany a life-changing event such as the release of 4.x with appropriate customer support. Due to my distress over the way 4.x will change how I think, feel, and act in my daily life, I have had to take a week off of work-- I needed time to ponder this girlfriend issue, as well as larger worries, such as whether 4.x will allow my druid-warmage-mystic hierophant to use his broom of flying as efficiently in his half-fiend basilisk form as he does now in 3.x. Between that and the girlfriend thing, I've missed a lot of work. Will WotC be compensating me for my lost income?*
