Will there still be Feats?

Does anyone know if Feats will still be in 4E?

And if they also add talent trees, then we get twice as much, since talents are conceptually the same as feats, only using a different mechanics.

Maybe feats will have all their prerequisites redesigned, so that they require still a minimum level and some minimum ability scores, but effectively eliminating "feat trees", and then trees will exist only for talents (which could be designed specifically for classes).

I used to like the concept of feat trees, but after a while it's too limiting. E.g. all fighters with whirlwind attack have the same 4-5 feats that are its prerequisites. I think it'd be better if a fighter that wants WWA could only get WWA and not other stuff which it's not used afterwards.
