I'm probably one of the 20 or so people in North America that liked the first D&D movie. Heck, I own it. I doubt I'll shell out more than the price of a rental to see anything with Paris Hilton in it, though.

Of course I'll go see it. Opening night.

It's like trying to look away from a train wreck. It has nothing to do with it being D&D. If it was D&D and only really bad, I wouldn't go. But the first movie was exquisitely bad.

When the first one feature a purple-skinned, three-eyed thief sticking his tongue out rapidly and rubbing his nipples while staring into space in the background, I'm totally on board for the sequel.

The funniest part of the first one, by the way, is watching the special features on the DVD in which they haven't completed the special effects. Priceless.
