We couldn't do the Caves of Chaos justice in the adventure, primarily for space reasons, so the adventure itself is a little more moathouse than caves.

I'm so hoping for a 4th edition version of the Caves (possibly done in installments in Dungeon).

I'm just finishing running B2 for an AD&D game, and I was thinking that all the multi-room monster lairs should be perfect for 4E encounter paradigm.

It would be so awesome if Mr. Mearls and co. expanded on this, allowing you to make the Keep a base of operations and then expand off into the Caves.

If they don't, I guess I'll just do it myself.
