Thanks, everyone! I went into the hospital last Saturday for an emergency gall bladder removal and came home Monday evening.

I guess we won't go out for large ammounts of greasy food any longer! Glad to hear you are well.

Thanks, everyone! I went into the hospital last Saturday for an emergency gall bladder removal and came home Monday evening. There have been a few minor complications but I am just trying to take it extremely easily because of the soreness involved with such a procedure. I also found out last night that is is not a wise thing to make quick sudden movements after major surgery. It gives all new definition to the word 'Pain'. :)

Needless to say, Vicodin is my best friend at the moment.

Hope things work out for the best Steve and our wishes for a speedy recovery. You realize that now's the time to write the flavor text for "Vision Quests: The Shaman's Journey".... :)

Hey Steve, I hope you feel better soon. I will lay down the transmutation circle and turn your gall bladder into a bobo doll if you like. :)

Best wishes, Steve. Hope you're feeling better soon and that they replaced the faulty, flesh gall bladder with an improved bionic one that allows you to eat endless quantities of KFC and convert the grease into all the major nutrients, thus eliminating any need to ever eat vegetables again.

Hmm. Need one of those myself.

Best wishes, Steve! Good things is, you'll be doing no yard work for a while.

Best Wishes

Hope the op wasn't too galling for you. (Or should that be degalling?)
Trust everything went well, and you're significantly advanced along the path to recovery.

Hope you have a speedy recovery, Steve. I know what it's like to be laid up from emergency surgery and the pain. Don't try to do too much and if you have a cat or any other critter that likes to sleep on your stomach, keep them off! Really gives a new definition to the word "Pain".

There are worse things to have removed, but it doesn't make it easier. ;)

Good luck with the recovery. Hope there are no lingering complications and you're back behind the screen soon!
