Well, one guy is making noises about running a campaign...like he's done every few weeks for the past 2 years. The one difference I can see is that he's been borrowing books like a madman for the past few months.
The other guy (the one who just killed his campaign) is making Eberron noises, but only to me.
So, as yet, no rpg fun. :\

Well, I'd invite you to a PBeM game if I could guarantee steady emailing. I can only promise erratic things form my end right now, which would mean slow as molasses in jaunary. 'Sides, not everyone likes that ... err ... interface of rp'ing.
Ah well. I wish you well. It's hard when there are not dedicated gamers about.
Maybe gamers, since we are a distinct social/cultural strata now, should found their own state in America, like the State of Jefferson up north between the Cali/Oregon borders, and all move there. Then we'd have dedicated gamers nearby, eh?

Its just that most of them don't want to (or can't) run anything...
Couple that with the fact don't want to play anything but D&D (for RPGs), which isn't what is being offered by me. We still get together for poker, Munchkin, Robo-Rally, etc., but all the strictures imposed by the players means, well...we don't get to play.

I once made a 3rd levle character in great detail. Drew up his belongings and everything, had a 2page backstory, and he was a great character (A Chultan Jungle Dwarf TWF with a handaxe and a short-spear with a blowgun and knockout poison-darts to back him up. Barbarian 1 / Ranger 2. So much potential.)
I really hate it what what happens. Oh well, I'll see if I can resurrect him in some game or whatnot
