I thought Necromancer was going to be releasing a 3.5 version of the Tome of Horrors. Is this no longer true?

I think Garnfellow refers to the long delay in releasing the 3.5 update. As far as I know, it is still on track.

That's good to hear. The two Tome of Horrors books are excellent monster resources. I'd hate to think something had gone wrong and the first wasn't going to be updated.

And I'm still looking forward to the third volume.

I actually suspect that it is a manpower issue in part.

And several threads, on multiple sites, immediately started pushing for a free version of Unearthed Arcana, since it was OGC, that may have made them decide not to do anything like that in the future. Which is a shame, I rather like Unearthed Arcana.

That's right . . . the last I heard (which was back in June, maybe) they were "pretty close" to releasing this as a pdf.
