I'm pleased; the color scheme is better than it's been in a while. Also, I can set the "remember me" option again. Much prefered to the two weeks crap of gleemax.

My opinion after 10 minutes: I cannot leave the profile edit page, it doesnt save the profile changes I enter, and I cannot log out (using Firefox). I think I liked the old, working forum better.

I like this incredibly invasive, mandatory profile crap that does not work in Opera OR IE6 that I have to go through. Really, it's amazing. No I'm sorry, you do NOT need my zip code for anything. Ugh.

Oh yeah, and I should not under any circumstances need to change my cookie settings to the most permissive option possible to use your forums.

Also they're now horrible, finding subforums in that WALL OF TEXT for each subgroup is agonizing, and that stupid New/Popular posts thing takes up a full third of the thing. Also it appears to no longer be possible to jump to the end of a long thread without first going to the first page of it.

What the hell.

Yeah I'm going with 'incompetence' as the reason it took a week for this abortion.

This post does, at least, confirm that what we see is still only a work-in-progress, and they'll be restoring functionality as they go along from this point.

Custom tags are mentioned as being on the list, but from the sound of it they're having to add them back in manually.

Hrmm... I'm using Opera, and it works fine for me.

Oh wait, no I'm not silly me I was confused. I'm using chrome. For some reason I thought Google was Opera.
