Wizards Map of the Week?

Hiho Community,

i have a Question to WotC Map of the Week. Does there Exist any Story's to this maps or are this only "Stand alone Maps"?

They are standalone maps, although those put up in the same month may have a theme linking them together. Also, some of the free adventure downloads may use these maps.

Some of them were taken out of OOP modules. It would say in the description.

This month's maps are pretty darn good.

I hate the months when they try to get all "artsy". Those "maps" are rarely usable.

The most recent maps were taken from the Boxed Set module "Return to the Tomb of Horrors"
