It's all comparative. You should try San Francisco Rush Hour or Los Angeles...or if you are REALLY wanting to risk it all...Beijing or Shang-Hai
I live in Bflo NY and you can get anywhere in the suburbs, local surrounding towns, villages and cities within 20 mins at best, 30 mins at worst if theres no accidents. Just stay away from the Blue Water Tower on the 290-I90 split heading south during rush hour in the evening. I read once that years later civil engineers have said that parts of WNY has some of the worst civic planning as far as intrastate in interstate roads. I can think of a few bad spots.

Edit: Green Jello are from Kenmore NY, bordering on Buffalo. Theres a bridge off the 190N called the Skajaquada, its pretty bad, high, right off the lake and gets bad in winter. Apparently, a bunch of drunken idiots drove off it on a cold and snowy winter night in the 80s. So, Bill Manspeaker decided to write a song about it.

They're already located in Renton, at 1600 Lind Ave SW. This is a move of a mighty 5 km.

Ah, thanks for the map. That’s a better location from my perspective. 3 miles closer to my house, next to a nice park, near new developments and I think a newish mall, and IIRC, that exit from I-405 is simpler and less backed up than their current one, avoiding the SR-167 complications.

Slightly more distance for people coming from the south, like Tacoma.

Yeah, to be fair to Seattle, I've driven in London's red route during rush-hour, and that was much worse than any time I've driven in Seattle. Of course, part of that was due to not being great at being seated in the "other side" of the car! (That and all the roads wind off to parts unknown instead of heading where you want to go!)

Germany, on the other hand, is a breeze to drive in. Fun, too! And faaaaaast.

I've driven in Tokyo too, but only in a go-cart while dressed as Luigi. True story.

All of that sounds like Hell on Earth to me. Except the Luigi part.

As an editor: much of this thread has been about how insignificant the move is.
However, one important note for those who must do such things is—citation and bibliography.
Now, instead of,
Player's Handbook. Renton, WA: Wizards of the Coast, 2014.
It might say,
Player's Handbook. Southport, WA: Wizards of the Coast, 2023.
That's a minor difference, I know.
It's also likely there are not a lot of people to whom this'll apply, or to whom it might matter.
