D&D 4E Wizards to run 4e Demos before June

GAH! Gene beat me to it!

Either that list is incomplete or the folks at I-CON are fibbing. :p

Also, if you're outside the US or far from any of these places, try contacting Wizards and asking if you can run the sample adventure for a few people, or ask your FLGS to call on your behalf. This may be a simple matter of WotC saying "We don't have anyone here to run one of these right now", and yes, if they posted something to the effect of "Run 4e at your local game shop today! Click here for info!" they would have solved that problem right off the bat.

I am rather surprised that the Source isn't on the list. Oh well, that means I'll have to go up to Village Games to play the DDXP game (Park Rapids, near Brainerd, is completely out of the question for somebody in the Twin Cities).
Yeah, that is surprising. Fortunately for me, Anoka is closer. :D

And WTF, Park Rapids has a gaming store?!

Winona has a very successful gaming store (Jimmy Jam's, which is now I believe closing in on its 15th anniversary). You'd be surprised...

Thalmin - is Games Plus going to participate?
I am trying to find out how to sign up for this. If we can, we certainly want to participate. I want to participate. I only found out about this late last night, so today I will contact my rep. Keep your fingers crossed.

Yeah, but Winona's a college town 10 times the size. Park Rapids is a little resort town. I guess I'm only surprised because I've been there, and to think that it could support a gaming store is... bizarre.
