Manzanita (con't)

Hisotry: Manzanita was born into the Grey elves in a small settlement after the civil war. Her father had been seriously wounded in the war, and times were tough. Growing up poor, she became fastidious with her possesions. One day, wandering in the city looking for the cheapest tools her family needed, a passing gnome took pity on her, and gave her what she was looking for without charge. She began to realize that other races sometimes showed more sympathy for her than her own. Being a serious child, and not being interested in farming or wizardry, she gained entry into the clerical order of Evendor. But she never felt at home with the traditional Grey elf views. Eventually, she left the northern fortresses and wandered into the human lands, where she heard there is the greatest variety of races mingling. She wants to learn more of how the others live, and bring that knowledge home to her people.

Physically Green and Grey elves are the same. It's more a ideological and political difference.

Here is a list of characters and players.

Derian Iago, Male Human Sorcerer played by Serpent Eye

Rásvid, Male Dwarven Rogue played by Someone

Jack Martingale, Male Human Bard played by Bob Aberton

Sh'valis Silverhand, Male Green Elf Ranger played by Thels

Manzanita Sparrow, Female Grey Elf Cleric of Evendor

Your characters will start the game in the following situations.

Derain Iago - You are currently on a dirt road headed north. A problem in the last town you were in has caused you to find another place to stay. A farmer has told you of a village called Ravensford about a half a days walk along this road. It is early autumn and the days are pleasent but the nights cool and crisp.

Rasvid - Having hitched a ride with farmer who is bring in some corn meal to market, you wonder what is in store for you in the village ahead.

Pronto - Staying at the Green Sheild Inn at Ravensford. You have been haggling with a breeder and trainer of hounds. One perticular hound has caught your eye as a possible ridding dog. But the price (50 gold) is way out of your price range at the moment.

Sh'valis - Travelling west you have passed the plains and are now entering a forested area. After a few days of travel, you begin to feel uneasy as if something is not quite right in this forest.

Jack - During the day you work with a local wagonwright, at night you drink and tell tales at the "Green Sheild Inn" common room.

Manzanita - after weeks of traveling through dangerous wilderlands you finally see a human village ahead.
