Not quite the first. The first were in the Warforged article, but they were linked to race and role, not class. Unless by first prestige class you mean first paragon path linked to a particular organization. In which case, yes, this is the first one.

I will post a review of this and other articles when sober.
 


Manticore-and-Wyvern Pack Master Level 11 power

Seems to be the first case where the wizards magic missle as a basic attack would be of value :)

"an ally within 5 squares of you can make a basic attack against the target"
 


Straw Soldiers is weird. I've been able to rationalise most martial powers but this one just seems beyond my imagination.

How the heck does he give lasting concealment. I could rationalise concealment to one target (sand in the eyes type thing), but all enemies for an indefinite length of time with no cover on the battlefield?

Yes, I found it weird, too. Maybe it was meant to only apply against the target?

I don't know... Maybe this is a case where even I think to hard about fantasy? ;)
