Wood Elf Ability modifiers

On two SRD websites I've found that Wood Elves have +2 to Str and Dex, and -2 to Con and Int, but in the Forgotten Realms book they list an additional -2 Char. Is this -2 Char right, or has there been some errata I can't find?

No. They are just different.

FRCS was published in 3.0 when Wood elves still had -2 Cha

since the 3.5 MM wood elves get +2 str, dex, -2 con, int

The "Players Guide to Faerun" is 3.5 and it says that "Chapters 1 through 3 of the Player's Guide to Faerun update and supersede chapters 1 and 2 of the Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting." It is my understanding that because WoTC didn't update the Wood Elf's stat modifiers in the PGtF they remain as printed in the FRCS.
