So far I rented one unit (self-storage), took a payment, and cut a "mystery lock" that wasn't placed on the unit by the tenant. I'm currently sitting at home on lunch-break drinking coffee and eating a slice of gingerbread. And trying to pretend I don't see the cats trying to investigate my food.
So, surprisingly not dead for the day after.
