World Building

Hi All,

Would any one have any idea as to where i can download a decent map creating software. I am in the process of world building at the moment and I cant be bothered doing this with pen and paper since there's quite a bit of land-mass that I actually want to cover...any help or direction would be most appreciated...Thanks, All!!!
