World's Largest Dungeon: How do they eat?

There's a creature in one of my books... One of the TOH books, or... damn... I can't remember. It's a really cute creature, but an excellent food source. Maybe it was Gamma World... I'll be introducing it into my WLD (when I finally GET the damn thing).

If the summons-can't-leave option is used, a spellcaster could summon animals for food.

Even though I haven't picked the book up, I just assumed that the players would live off of their kills. It's the only efficient way to explore the place.

It's good enough for Nethack. Just stay away from those kobolds. How about finding rations on humanoid monsters?

it's pretty lame to tell PCs not to worry about food.

If you are the sort of player who worries about things like this, then the World's Largest Dungeon is not meant for you.
