Superhero game a fellow GM ran, in which the villains possessed an unhealthy fixation with Hostess Fruit Pies and Twinkies.

Not so much of a campaign idea, but I once enforced a players glitch of forgotting to buy clothes for his PC .. and the game started in the middle of the grayhawk city! Nice way to start the Greyhawk Ruins. The watch started to chase and it got pretty funny.

For me and the other players, but the one who had forgotten the clothes wasn't happy

i was implying there must be something wrong with those concepts, since they are already replacing the system with a revised one.

Given that they are apparently only revising things in two out of the eleven bullets points on your list, your joke is pretty lame.
