So, when did you figure out what he was doing? It actually took me until he said that the advantage always goes to the attacker. The 40 by 40 battle mat should've cued me off.

Managed to pick it up when he mentioned the Knight being a crude horse head. Somehow.

Right about when he mentioned that the small minis were identical and the medium ones had only five unique designs. It helped that I already had it in my head that this would be some sort of parody, given the "humor" tag. Apparently I'm actually awake right now, which is really quite unusual.
