People still read Jordan? I'm surprised. After reading 8000 pages and realizing there is no END EVER.... I gave up. More power to you.

Well Reading is just a subjective word...I mean I have the books, read through them like 6 times, (usually before the new book comes out), plus I have Legends in HC as well. Haven't read any RJ lately BUT I'll probably change that soon.

btw, Heyla there Alaric. :) Yeah I know, it's been a while. I guess we've just been missing each other.

As Promised

Wow this is now on page 3 (well soon to be back on page 1 since I'm posting on it).

I looked up RJ on the computer at work and did not see anything for the fall yet :( , sorry . You never know about things like this until they're actually out on the sales floor. I will keep an eye out for this one and as soon as I see it I'll post it here on the boards.

It should be a great season this year: Martin, Jordan, Clancy should all have books this fall. If anyone is interested Clancy's book is due out in August (I forgot which day) and is named "Red Rabbit" , I don't know if this is a 'working' title or not, usually they don't post working titles in the system with a date.

When I find out more I'll let you know.

What's New Spring?

I just finished novel number 9 this morning.

New Spring is a novella by Robert Jordan that appeared in the 1998 Legends anthology (note: the anthology was split into three paperbacks, but it's one hardcover). It's about Moiraine and Lan's first meeting, and set about 20 years before the main timeline of the novels; about 100 pages in hardcover.
