I've finally had the time to start reading the first couple of adventures and really like it a lot.
Originally I had planned to use the Eberron setting for my 4E campaign, but now I'm having second thoughts. While WotBS could probably be modified to fit the Eberron setting it will also undoubtedly lose a bit of it's special atmosphere.
I thought Karrnath might be a good fit for Ragesia. The Quori are an obvious replacement for the Trillith, etc.
Has anyone done this or thought about doing it?
I have a feeling it will ultimately be too much work for a dubious benefit. I guess, I'll ask my players what they'd prefer.
It's really well-written and survived the conversion to 4E quite well, though there are a few minor 3e-isms left that I'll try to get rid of when playing the campaign (while reintroducing missing 3e spells with rituals works, I'd try to see if I can't do without).
I've also caught a couple of errors but so far nothing that isn't easily corrected (e.g. in the Forest adventure Kazyk the Devil must have immunity to fire to work as written).
Anyway, I'm really looking forward to the next installment!
