Fighter? Paladin? ...Really?

Aren't Solei Palancis arcane warriors? (How many groups really have an eladrin paladin?) I understand wanting to have flexibility, but I have to imagine that the majority of PCs aiming for Solei Palancis are swordmages or swordmage hybrids.

I've seen a lot more fighters and paladins than swordmages. Eladrin isn't a requirement.

My copy says:

Shining Warrior [Eladrin]
Prerequisite: Eladrin, trained in Arcana
Benefit: <snip>
Special: This feat is a prerequisite for the Solei Palancis paragon path, which will be introduced later in the saga.

There are no Paragon Paths in the Player's Guide. This material will be in the upcoming Paragons of the Burning Sky supplement. But that feat will be revised.
