Meh.
I used to feel a lot of angst towards WotC, but not anymore. They won't be getting any more of my money any time soon, though, what with Star Wars gone. I stopped caring about 4e ages ago. It's funny though - I bought into the 4e preview hype big time, so really there was nowhere left to go but down. But for a while it was great. I even had "4e is 4 me" as my slogan. But then I started to hate it. And quite strongly. 4e most definitely wasn't "4 me". But now I've moved on. I still play it, but I no longer have any vested interest in the state of the game. I thought the whole online CB debacle was interesting (I hadn't seen that much nerdrage since 4e was first announced), but it didn't upset me because I stopped updating my offline CB when they brought out the errata that nerfed avengers (that class is 4e's saving grace for me ... I love being able to roll twice and keep the better result - plus it lets me play D&D and still sneak in a bit of Star Wars, since the Serene Initiate PP is very Jedi-like, while the Ardent Champion[?] is very Sith-like).
Funny thing is: I tried playing Pathfinder recently and actually found myself wishing I was playing 4e instead. Ah well ...
So yeah: I'm not particularly impressed with WotC these days, but I don't think there's anything they can do to actally upset me anymore.
