It's called Pterra , and after a bit of sifting through a yahoo search (I know, everyone googles, I try yahoo first) I found it

I've been searching for a copy of Pterra, or a very close clone for over a year now. I used to have a copy, but I lost it.

I only really bother with Pterra for headers and stuff like that myself. For body text, I just use something like Book Antiqua, Goudy Old Style, or if I'm feeling particularly lazy, Times New Roman.

Free Caslon 540 or similar clone. Anyone....anyone? I'm not going to spend real money just to get an "official" looking font for my house rules.
