Let's see...

Wizards: 3 core books x2 (3.0 and 3.5), MM3, Fiend folio, Draconomicon, Arms & Equipment Guide, Psionics Handbook, Expanded Psionics Handbook, Manual of the Planes, Oriental Adventures, Sword & Fist, Defenders of the Faith, Return to the Temple of Elemental Evil, Sunless Citadel, Forge of Fury, Eberron campaign setting, Shadows of the Last War, Sharn: City of Towers, FR Campaign setting, Monsters of Faerûn, Magic of Faerûn, Faiths & Pantheons, Lords of Darkness, Silver Marches, Races of Faerûn, Living Greyhawk Gazetteer, Star Wars d20 v1. Total: 31.
d20: Crucible of Freya, Psionics Toolkit, Oathbound campaign setting, Creature Collection, Tome of Horrors, Relics & Rituals, Kingdoms of Kalamar 3.0 DM Shield, Mastercraft Anthology. Total: 8 more.

I might be forgetting one or two things that I keep in storage nowadays, but that's what's on my shelves plus what I can recall I put away. I also have a bunch of printed-out PDFs, but those were a separate poll.

More than 30, but I don't know how many. I have loads of 1e stuff in a box at my parents house, but I can't remember what's in there. Some old Basic D&D stuff, Expert Set, modules and the like as well. Then there's the 3e stuff, but I think the poll is too low. :)

My current gaming books collection is...

29 WotC d20 hardcovers
12 WotC d20 softcovers
4 non-WotC d20/d20-based OGL hardcovers (3 Green Ronin, 1 Malhavoc)
6 non-WotC d20/d20-based OGL softcovers (5 Malhavoc, 2 The Game Mechanics)
1 non-d20 hardcover

It'd be bigger, but I really didn't start buying gaming books in quantity pre-3e.

Not counting stuff I've received for review, well over 30.

Heck, on my "to read" bookshelf of personal material I've got Blackmoor, Arms & Armor 3.5, Beyond Countless Doorways and GURPS Fantasy.

In boxes under the bed, I've got almost the whole run of Talislanta, including a lot of material that I've discovered is no longer cannon due to some creative issues.

And this doesn't count the 225 items I just got rid of at the auction!

I would 'guesstimate' about 40 HC d20 books, and probably 2x to 3x that in softcover. I am not sure if modules would count; that would make a tremendous difference (I have lots of them- I am one of that apparently rare breed who DOES buy modules). I will try to give you a more precise- and therefore presumably more useful- answer when I get home tonight and can look at the shelves. :)

Here is my list. It is short compared to most people here.

Player's Handbook
DMG
monster Manual
Unearthed Arcana

Psychic's Handbook
Shaman's Handbook
Witch's Handbook

Blood and Fists

Mutants and Masterminds
Time of Crisis

Swashbuckling Adventures

I didn't even bother counting, because I know I'm in the over thirty group and wasn't interested in making an accurate head count.

I thought you said wotc d20, instead of wotc/d20. I should have voted 21-30. (30+ counting print adventures)
