Didn't you know? Alpha testing is when they have all the big bugs still in the game. So, the Alpha will be overpowered like crazy.

Good for them. Updating all the minis sounds like a very smart idea. I've never actually played the minis game, but it seemed terribly cruel to those who are to render 1 1/2 year old miniatures worthless.
