Seeing posts like those make me feel better, because it makes me remember that the people behind this are just as dedicated to the game as we are.

Just saying.

Yeah... sometimes I wonder if they're all too busy "playtesting" to get any work done though. :p

Everyone seems to be running an at work game over there... when do they find the time to actually work??? :p

I kid because I'm jealous. :D

Don't be too jealous. Work in a pizza place long enough, and you don't get particularly excited about eating pizza. I can't imagine being in three D&D games every day for work doesn't take at least some of the bloom off of that particular rose.

They are people. And, we shouldn't be mean. But, as consumers, we have the right to be annoyed and angry and pissy and whiny when they don't deliver on stuff like this. I really, really wanted that Necromancer stuff sooner, rather than later. It's not like you can print something in a week or two. This is more than disappointing, and I'll be buying less WotC product as a result. They won't get my one person boycott message, but it is still the right thing to do.

Get that GSL out!

I wanna see who plans to do what!

Also early this week officially ended yesterday at noon! :D

I want more!!!!

What's the rush? They already held it long enough to screw all the 3rd party publishers, even the ones who forked over the $5000 for the "early bird" edition.

It's been stated many times, no one paid the $5000 dollars. :)

Not saying 3rd party publishers haven't gotten the short end of the stick (several times), but the rumor of companies paying and getting nothing are false. Several were willing, but it was never ready enough for WotC to take the money.
