Out of ranting, an idea...

Why not make a Powers deck that just has the name of the power, and graphical (cartoon, XKCD style?) representations of what happens instead of words? Would that violate the GSL?

Like a Spectral Ram showing one dude being pushed 3 "spaces" (like the spaces look in a monopoly chance card?) by an angry ghost sheep, or something. Maybe drops of blood from the figure being a relation to hp damage, somehow.

I'm wondering if the new super-duper-ulta-rare-must-have-more-powerful-than-normal-cards Mystic Rares are going to hurt their magic sales. It's made me quit.

The horrible errata ridden mess of a system that turns DnD into a kid's cartoon has ensured I'm not buying another 4E product.
