WotC is shutting down their LISTSERV system, and they seem to want to delete everything.

I received an email from the "Wizards Administrator" today that reads:

Hello!

On February 15, 2015, Wizards of the Coast will terminate our LISTSERV
system that manages this (and other) mailing lists. We've watched the
usage of these mailing lists dwindle due to the rise of other
communication platforms, such as forums and social media. Given this
decreased usage, we have made the decision that it was time to turn them
off.

Please take these two weeks to back up or archive any emails you wish to
keep. After February 15, 2015, they will no longer be available and these
lists will cease to function.

Setting aside the question of why they don't at least keep this open as some kind of archive, I'll ask another: what's the easiest way to independently archive something like this?

When I search on the Internet Wayback Machine for http://oracle.wizards.com/archives/index.html, I get the archive page HERE. But when I click on the links, the archive returns: "Directory Listing Denied

This Virtual Directory does not allow contents to be listed. "

There's a lot of gaming history on the mailing lists and I would hate to see it disappear.

(MODS: If there's a better prefix for this, or if this post belongs on another sub-forum, please feel free to move it.)

EDIT: It appears I can save some (not all) of the pages individually. Guess I'll have to pick and choose the pages. :sigh:

There's a tonne of great stuff on the FR lists that definitely needs to be saved. It seems I better rush to complete my George Krashos collection and my Eric Boyd collection, et al.
