So, it looks like this is a variation of President that Richard Garfield made and WotC published back in the 90's, now with a D&D skin on November 17th. That's probt the same day as the Q4 book, the art really makes me wonder if there is a time in, because it looks far out:

Great Dalmuti was a pretty fun game to play as a teenager. It's a good casual game to play for a bit, and this might be fun to kick off or wind down a session.
