WotC warped book covers...

It would be nice to get someone from somewhere inside of WotC to acknowledge this thread. Just to come down here and let us know that they are listening. I suppose we could email this thread to customer support.

Personally I feel that WOTC is putting Hardcovers on books that do not deserve them.

Psionics Handbook
Arms and Equipment Guide
Unapproachable East

None of them really justify a hardcover due to their length. Are any of them really any longer than Lords of Darkness or Magic of Faerun?

I think the day of WotC soft covers are over as from what I understand hard covers allow publishers to raise the price of the book and make more money at the same time. So far, all of 2003's releases are scheduled hard covers so unless something is added to the schedule it's HCs until 2004.

I wish we had an experienced book binder who could say what's causing the warping. Maybe I can track some phone numbers down and ask some questions.
