I had a similiar problem the other day.
If they go down for any length of time, I wonder what their reply to angry $$ paying subscribers will be.
Just guessing but it comes standard for things like this that may say something like:
"We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time. you account was just suspended for the duration of Sunday for investigation."
or
"Unscheduled service downtime is unfortunate and unavoidable, but to be expected and we are not libel for loss of time."
Meaning since you can get the Dragon and Dungeon anytime even after the end of your subscription, you don't get prorated time for loss of use of the compendium....
I expect some excuse that will mean subscribers are just SOL, as it happens with most places until taken to court or BBB.
There was mention in the past about time extensions for using Game Table once it gets up, but not any real details, and no refunds for anything else loss over time of repair or other server problems.
