WOTC's new conversion policy?

Mojo

First Post
Hi all,

I just went to the Rock of Bral site, which formerly had Spelljammer conversions for 3E, and found this message:

-
In light of Wizards of the Coast's new policy regarding conversions of AD&D 1st and 2nd Edition material (currently available on EN World, soon to be available on Wizards' own site), the Rock of Bral has shut down temporarily. We are currently evaluating our options and may return shortly; however, after looking over the policy, I must say that I seriously doubt we will.
Thank you for your time and your patronage.

Sincerely,
Spencer M. Lease

Anyone know what this new policy is and where I can read it?

I thought that the officail websites for the Out of print settings had their own agreement with WOTC, and didn't have to worry about things like this?

Has WotC put the conversion guide up on their website yet? Or has it only been released to ENWorld and at the convention where it was discussed?
