Would you allow Diplomacy the ability to insult as well as negotiate?

Thank you for all the feedback and suggestions, guys! :)

I will be playing another rogue in a game starting in a few weeks, and was considering discussing this idea with the DM, and wanted to get feedback on how unusual/out there this idea was. Every DM has their own preferences, of course, but it helps to get a feeling for the general attitude. ;)

And the suggestions and links to different rules and books helped a great deal! :)

Beautiful idea, FallenAngel. One I've never considered before, and may start using with my Crusader of Bane. :)

I would allow that! I think it's a great idea!

Kaylee: ...Theres some kind of hot cheese there.
Mean Girl: It's not as good as last year.
Kaylee: Oh, what did they have last year?
Mean Girl: Standards...
Kaylee: Oh...

Heh, that was funny, though not as funny as the guy who came along and zinged the mean girl.

"Why mean girl, don't you look beautiful in that dress. I bet it took six slaves six hours to get you into that.

Although from what your daddy tells me, it only takes a handsome boy's smile to get you back out of it."
