D&D 5E Would You Allow These Feats?

Divine soul needs a new feat. Feat two the PCs are becoming traders as a "domain". They were rewarded with an estate and have bought a sandship.


1.
+1 charisma
You know one extra spell (warlock, sorcerer, bard)

2.
+1 charisma
Opposed persuade vs wisdom (insight). Buy or sell one item +/- 10%

They are both quite underwhelming...

I would avoid the +1 Charisma, and give a bigger number of known extra spells, for example 3 of them. Or maybe 4 if taken from the same school of magic.

I am not even sure the second idea needs a feat, it could be just a general house rule for negotiating a better price. Generally speaking, I am really not a fan of character abilities (feats or whatever) that can directly result in a net monetary gain.
