I would download it regardless, but only use it if it worked with Krynn or Lodoss.

Parts of it, I'm sure will be of use on Krnn (or Lodoss, I guess). But it won't be anything near 'core' and you'll have to come up with some of your own stuff.... the more generic I make it doesn't mean it'll port as easy to other pre-estabilshed settings but might port better to homebrews...
