I'm also very curious about your thoughts. I tried to PM you, but I'm apparently not authorized to do such dastardly deeds!

Indeed, it's a priviledge reserved to people who have a commuunity supporter account.

I haven't read it but I plan on grabbing a copy soon. The feedback on this product have been overwhelmingly positive -- though no one thing is without its dissenters. The art is also very pleasing to me. I am a huuuuge fan of comic books and it really struck me as a cool concept how it was done.

The art can be viewed here: http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/eb/20040618a

I'm glad we're finally getting a "mainstream" D&D setting other than Forgotten Realms or Dragonlance that will spawn merchandise, video/PC games and books, both of which have, IMO, ran their course :-/ Eberron is fresh, stylish (not just your run-of-the-mill LotR clone) and full of potential.

I originally was dead set to hate Eberron.

I picked it up just to see if it had ideas I could mine.

And now, I'm starting an Eberron campaign soon.

Best setting since Planescape.

Curiousity is killing me as well. Email shouit at mortality.net

Honestly, if you think the discussion will be closed here, we can take it over to Mortality, cause I would love to hear everyone thoughts. I am an admin there and can assure the thread wont get closed as long as swearing is kept to a minimum.
